What to Expect

Located at the heart of Bethesda’s Woodmont area, and easily accessible from Washington, D.C., Chevy Chase, Potomac, and many Virginia suburbs, Third Space for Kids have Montessori-type activities that promote self-guided play according to a child’s level.

Our space is inspired by the Maryland Early Framework (for Ages 3-5) that supports 7 key areas of child development. We also curate our activities based on the MCPS Elementary School Curriculum Framework that covers 10 subject areas aligned for grades K-5. While we are not focused on neuro-divergent needs, Third Space for Kids is a calm environment, and our open-play activities are accessible to kids at their own level and interest.
